Fetish Factory is a family of alternative lifestyle sites, all operated and owned soley by Fetish Factory. Our content and sites are directed to Adults. We provide useful tools and communities to explore and build relationships on and off-line.

We also provide information regarding regular and special events that we host. As well as access to our on-line store which is an extension of our Brick and Mortar store located in Oakland Park, Florida, US.

For our community based sites (thefetishparty.com, xtremefetishparty.com) we ask you to provide us with certain information such as your name, email, age, address, your alt interests and sexual preference as well as a picture.

In addition, we collect credit card, and bank information only from those who wish to acquire premium member privileges. However, NONE of the personally identifiable information can be accessed or used by the public to identify a specific individual.

For our on-line stores, we only collect information needed to process the payment of an order. This includes; Full Name, email, Address, Credit Card and Bank Information as well as phone number.

For our guest-book (guests.fetish-factory.com), we collect only your Name and Email address.

In the course of using our site, we automatically track certain information such as your IP addresses and email addresses. Many sites automatically collect this information.

If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on the site, we may collect such information into a file which is only accessed by authorized personnel. Once you register and are approved by our review process, you will be able to review and change much of your personally identifiable information at any of the Fetish Factory sites that provide a profile including:

Please promptly update your information if it changes by logging in to your account and following the screen prompts. We strongly urge you to periodically change your password to help reduce the risk of unauthorized access to your account information.

Upon your request, we will remove your credit card number and credit card expiration date from our main databases. To make this request, email us at info@fetishfactory.com. Include only your name, email, order number, last 4 of the creditcard you used, and valid phone number. We will confirm all requests for removal by phone and email.

In some circumstances, we will retain in our files information, including credit card information that you have requested to remove. Circumstances include; dispute resolution, troubleshoot problems, to comply with Credit Card Merchant Banking and Association Agreements, enhance security, reduce fraud, comply with Federal and State Law, or to enforce our Terms of Use Agreement.
